ETAYOKHAI SAMMY is the Chairman of the Board, a seasoned administrator with vast business interest in Oil
and Gas Industry. He Incorporated Samex-ETAInternational in 2006, now Samex-ETAInternational
Limited through acquisitions, investments and partnership. He has strategically positioned the company to be
industry leader in the Logistics Support Services and the Petroleum sector.
Samex-ETA International now Samex-ETA International Limited have useful experience in
both the upstream and downstream sector of the oil and gas industry. We also have detailed
practical experience of local and international regulatory pracces. Since the formation of the
Company, our experience personnel have delivered a wide range of development and operations
projects safely, on time and within budget.
Through planned growth the company has expanded to over 35 personnel – most with several
decades of experience in Logistic Support Services, the upstream and downstream Petroleum
s e c t o r a n d t h e en e r g y i n d u s t r i e s .
